About Euforstern

A floral atelier in Utrecht focused on seasonal composition, wedding work and recurring home deliveries.

Studio story

Euforstern opened in 2021 when founder Sophie van Ernst left a hotel events team to run a smaller practice with room for bespoke work. The studio name blends her family name with the Dutch word for joy in spring colour — euforie — and the evergreen stems she uses in winter commissions.

The team now includes two senior florists and a part-time delivery coordinator. We take on roughly twelve weddings per month during peak season and maintain forty subscription clients across Utrecht.

We do not operate a walk-in flower shop. All orders begin with a consultation or subscription sign-up so stems match your brief.

Same-day sourcing

Auction purchases are made before 08:00 on delivery days so bouquets leave the studio within hours of stem arrival.

Vase library

Clients may borrow ceramic and glass vessels for events; shapes are noted during consultation to avoid last-minute mismatches.

Scent-aware design

Low-fragrance varieties are substituted when arrangements sit near dining tables or clinical reception areas.

Reusable mechanics

Foam-free installations use pin holders and water tubes so structures can be refreshed between ceremony and reception.
