Do you have a shop I can visit?
No retail counter. You may collect pre-ordered bouquets at the studio door or book an in-person consultation.
How far do you deliver?
Free delivery within Utrecht postcodes 3511–3527. Surrounding Randstad areas from €12 per trip.
Can I request specific flowers?
Yes when they are in season and at auction. Out-of-season requests may raise the quote or require imported stems.
What is your wedding booking lead time?
Peak months (May–September) fill 4–8 months ahead. Weekday winter dates often have shorter lead times.
Do subscriptions auto-renew?
Monthly plans renew unless cancelled by email before the 25th of the prior month.
What if stems arrive damaged?
Photograph the bunch within 12 hours of delivery. We replace or credit the next delivery after verification.
